This website is intended to offer manuals, program applications and other resources which may prove useful when an ARES/RACES or individual Amateur Radio operators. This site is designed so that it can relatively easily be copied to a Raspberry Pi or other computer which has been setup as a web server so that these resources would be available offline... Especially when used with AREDN or BBHN.
