This website is intended to offer manuals, program applications and other resources which may prove useful when an ARES/RACES or individual Amateur Radio operators. This site is designed so that it can relatively easily be copied to a Raspberry Pi or other computer which has been setup as a web server so that these resources would be available offline... Especially when used with AREDN or BBHN.

The nature of this site may mean that copyrighted documents or programs are posted here. When possible, we will link to the authors website, but those links will (likely) be non-functional when this site is used offline.
